About the event
Danceformation is a 60-minute dance fitness class designed specifically for women by women. Through this class we intend to create a safe space for you to connect with your body, embrace your sensuality, and own your power! We offer this class for FREE with a suggested donation of $10-$20 per class to support the instructor - donations will be collected after class and are accepted via cash, check, venmo, Apple Pay and Zelle.
